Ending our suffering.

Most clients come to me because they are suffering and in pain from loss or creating it because of unconscious beliefs.  Our thoughts can cause our emotions (anxiety, sadness, guilt to name but a few) in our body, and once you have self awareness of these thoughts your whole life can change.  Emotional Freedom Technique or Tapping therapy can help us reduce the feelings from the emotions that the thoughts have created.  This then helps to reduce suffering.  But how do we end our suffering completely?  Meditation, total love and acceptance of where we are, and being in the now is how we start.  Easier said than done I hear you ask.  Like anything it takes practice, practice, practice.  Practice happiness now.
